If we are placing one of our machines, there is no cost to you. We handle it all.

If you want to buy an ATM to operate, they start at about $2,300, depending options, shipping and the current market.

Generally:

If we operate an ATM in your business, you will receive your portion of the surcharge at the beginning of the next month.

If you operate your own ATM, you receive your surcharge deposited directly into your bank account.

If we order an ATM, it generally takes 5 business days to arrive. Depending on your area, we may have one near by.

That happens quite often. It is a good idea to check with your bank first. If that is the case, we can coordinate a “vaulter.” That is, a company who will load cash into your ATM for a fee, generally a small portion of the surcharge.

First we will discuss which ATM operation route is best for your situation. We will need to get some of your business and banking documents processed, then we can have an ATM delivered. The ATM will need a standard 120v outlet, and a space about 2ft by 2ft. You can run a CAT5 line to the ATM, or for a monthly fee, there are wireless options available

We work with a clear and straight forward agreement that outlines the responsibilities of everyone involved.

We are here to assist with the whole process. We can either provide training and guidance on ATM installation, programing and daily operations; arrange for a Tech to install and program, and give you guidance on daily operations; or arrange for an IAD to take care of the whole ATM for you.

Yes! The ATMs are weather resistant, however they should be covered and protected from water/rain. We offer wireless options for remote operations, however the ATMs will still need a power supply.

That will depend on where you operate. Some municipalities may require a license or business tax to operate. You will need to check with your local authorities.

Each of those methods cost you 3% or more per transaction. Cash removes those fees from you.

Four 4 inch bolts secure the ATMs to the floor. We recommend Redhead ½ inch sleeve anchors, or Titan 1/2in bolts. Additional security options are available.

All withdrawals before 2pm central will be deposited into your bank account the following business day, with exceptions for bank holidays. For transactions after 2pm central, the funds will be deposited the business day after.

If we operate the ATM, we would be happy to continue to service the ATM for the next operator of your business. If you own your ATM, then the ATM is yours to sell. An established business with an ATM already secured, with a client base is more valuable than a business with out one.

There are web services and apps designed to monitor and track the ATMs status and activity in near-live time. The web services and apps also offer a plethora of reports for monthly tracking and accounting, as well as alert features to notify of an ATM that may need attention.
